Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docket Nos. 50-440; 50-441 Bailey 720 Utility Stations

Dear Mr. Keppler:
This letter is being submitted to amend the corrective action identified in our final report, dated November 29, 1983, and our letter dated March 1, 1984, concerning Bailey 720 Utility Stations. The three remaining utility stations will not be returned to site in time for installation in Unit 1 by May 1, 1984. Consequently, three utility stations from Unit 2 were transferred for use in the Unit 1 PGCC panels. When the remaining utility stations are returned to site, they will be installed in the Unit 2 PGCC p0nels.
All corrective action for the Unit 1 Bailey Utility Stations is completed.
It is anticipated the remaining corrective action for the Unit 2 Utility Stations will be completed by December 14, 1984.
