Dear Mr. Knuth:
Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation letter of March 25, 1974 reported the exposure of forty (40) individuals to greater than 3 Rem in one quarter. The individual Occupational Radiation Exposure records were inadvertently omitted when the letter was mailed. It is requested that these report sheets be included with the basic letter.
