Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

In the Supplement to Significant Deficiency Report No. 413-414/83-17, dated March 29, 1984, it was stated that the completion date for Unit I would be April 15, 1984.

Rework, rehydro testing, and clearing of Q-1A's, F-13A's, and R-6a's for the additional items discussed in the supplement make it necessary to extend the completion date to April 27, 1984. The completion date for Unit 2 is still achievable.
