Attached for your infonnation is a status of outstanding licensing items identified in Alabama Power Company's letter dated November 4, 1983 and provided in a Project Status Meeting on March 8,1984 in Bethesda, Maryland. Alabama Power Company intends to submit this status on a periodic basis on the Farley Nuclear Plant Dockets until some mutually agreeable licensing status procedure can be established.
The format of the attachment is similar to the licensing status documents that Alabama Power Company has submitted in the past and is tabulated chronologically by Alabama Power Company's requested NRC approval date. A Licensing Action Report, prepared in a format suggested in the March meeting and containing all licensing issues, has been informally provided to the Farley NRC Project Manager.
Alabama Power Company is prepared to utilize the suggested NRC format in future submittal s.
