Report on Failure of Anchor Bolts in Primary Octem Ocmponent Supports Ginna Staticn - Docket 50-244
Dear Dr. Morris:
During the schedulel chutdown from September 30 to October 10,1970 a br, ken stud was found on one of the supporta for a primary rystem component. An investigation wac immediately atarted. The Atomic Enercy Commission Division of Compliance and Division of Reactor Licencing were notified and informed that at the ecnclusion of the investigation a report would be cubmitted.
To fulfill that commitment, please find attactied five (5) i copies of Report"of Ptud Failure-Oinna Station.
