APPLICANT'S MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE A WITNESS I

On April 16, 1984, Applicant transmitted its testimony relating to Contention VI-1. A member of the proposed witness panel was Dale Hackney of the Bechtel Power Corporation. Due to scheduling problems, Applicant moves to substitute Mr. Robert Manley, also of the Bechtel Power Corporation. Mr. Hackney is Assistant Manager, Materials and Quality Services; Mr. Manley is his direct supervisor i and is the Manager of the same department. A copy of Mr.

Manley's professional qualifications is attached hereto.
