Our letter of January 12, 1971, regarding License DPR-19, Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Unit #2 Section 6.6.C.1 of Technical Specifications.
i Please revise the second paragraph, Problem and Initial Action, to read as follows:
"At 3:00 p.m.
on January 5, 1971, a surveillance test of the Standby Gas Treatment System was conducted.
Initial configura-tion was with "A" train in " Primary" and "B" train in
" Standby".
To start the test, the ventilation radia-
~
tion monitors were tripped.
"A" train, which was in
" Primary", auto started and "B" train remained in
" Standby". At this time it was noticed that "A" train had no discharge damper position indication.
Investigation of the damper motor breaker indicated j
that it was tripped and could not be resat."
