Dear Mr. Eisenhut:

Post-Irradiation Evaluation of Fort Calhoun Station's Reactor vessel Surveillance Capsule W-265 The attached report is being submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50, Appendix H.

Vessel wall fluences determined in this evaluation were used in preparing the Technical Specifications heatup and cooldown curves for 8.5 EFPY.

These new curves were submitted as part of the Cycle 9 core reload submittal.

The Fort Calhoun Station operating procedures will also be changed by replacing the existing heatup and cooldown curves with the new curves when they are approved by the Commission.
