APPLICANTS' PROPOSED SCHEDULE FOR EMERGENCY PLANNING ISSUES Because of the delay in the availability of the off-site
. emergency response plans for the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant, it is necessary to adjust the schedule for Emergency Preparedness Contentions set in the Board's Memorandum and Order
-(Reflecting Decisions Made Following Second Prehearing Con-
'ference), at 8-(March 10, 1983).
Applicants propose the following schedule, which are -aes the issuance of Board rulings on the admissibility of proposed contentions on or before mid-May, 1984:
August 9, 1984:
Last day for filing discovery requests.
