, REQUIRE SERVICE OF ALL AMENDMENTS OR CHANGES TO EMERGENCY PLAN ON INTERVENOR AND AMENDMENT TO EMERGENCY PLANNING CONTENTIONS In a motion filed on April 16, 1984, intervenor Wells Eddleman asks the Board: (1) to require Applicants to serve all amendments or changes to the Harris off-site emergency plan on intervenors; and (2) for leave to amend or modify his relevant contentions as new information becomes available.

Applicants agree to serve upon the Board and the parties, during the pendency of this proceeding, any amendments isssued j by the Department of Crime Control & Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management, to the North Carolina Emergency Response Plan in Support of the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant (Feb.
