DISPOSITION OF CONTENTIONS 16.E, J, K, L AND M (PUBLIC EDUCATION BRCCHURE)

Edward B. Lieberman, duly sworn, deposes and says as follows:

1. My name is Edward B. Lieberman. I am Vice President of KLD Associates, Incorporated. KLD Associates has assisted LILCO in the planning and design of traffic related aspects of the LILCO Transition Plan. In this capacity, I am familiar with the blue and white pathfinder signs that are the subject of Contention 16.M.

2. LILCO intends to install approximately 1000 blue and white '

pathfinder signs in the EPZ.

3. KLD Associates has analyzed the road networks in the EPZ and is familiar with all major roads in the EPZ.
