l This telenram is to confira the telecon between Mr. Fasano (Renfon I-AEC),
and Joseph J. Colitz (Ti;I-Unit Superintendeni) at 1610 liours 27 September 1974.
Violation of the Enviroamantal Technical Spccificatica 2.2.1.a (page 7) in that the free chlorine ca.T.pcannt trasured at the plant river discharge equalled 0.1 ppa on 26 Septenar 19'/4.
Analhsis of the free chlorine component in the plant river discharge 10 minutes after the start of a chlorination cycle inclicated 0.1 ppa.
To imure the fra chlorine co'ponent in the plcat river discharge remains below.1 ppm, the chlorinatica addition rate has bcen reduced froa 300 f/ day to 250 e/ day.
