On March 14, 1984 the NRC was notified (via ENS Report) of a possible lack of containment integrity involving the reactor vessel level indication system on Unit 2, which was later expanded' to include Unit 1.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.73(a)(1) and (d), Licensee Event Report LER 369/84-09 was to have been submitted by April 13, 1984. At this time, all of the required information is not yet available, the complete report will be submitted by April 24, 1984.
