This application requests changes in the reactor water level and mainsteam line isolation valve lcw water set points and revises the audit frequency of the emergency plan and procedures.

In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, I am enclosing a check payable to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $4,400 to cover the filing fee for this application.
