Dear Mr. Keppler:
Reference (a) requested that the Commonwealth Edison Company provide a written report regarding our review of records for receipt of apparently. fraudulent materials sold by Ray Miller, Inc.
Reference (d) provided that report.
Based upon further review we find it necessary to amend the Quad Cities response included in Refe~rence (d).
Four 10-inch, 900 lb., schedule 80 flanges were purchased from Midland Pipe &. Supply Company in.1978.
It has been determined that these flanges were procured by Midland from Ladish Company.
This material, therefore, has no connection with Ray Miller, Inc.
