Pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p), please find attached five (5) copies of Revision 5 to the Catawba Nuclear Station Security Plan. Revision 5 was developed to include recent changes to the interior protected area barrier layout, details

concerning access through interim barrier portals, observation of protected area physical barriers located below grade Icvel, identified exceptions to the 20-foot interior isolation zone, control of locks, keys and combinations and various editorial changes. Revision 5 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Catawba Nuclear Station Security Plan.
Since this material is applicable to security provisions at Catawba, it is requested that this information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
