PROPOSED REVENUE INCREASE DUE TO 1995 DEMAND SIDE MANAGEMENT EARNINGS CLAIM Application No. 95-04-038 We have previously been authorized to earn incentives on our energy efliciency programs. We filed an application to claim $7.2 million in earned incentives. If approved by the CPUC, this amount, plus interest, will be collected in four installments over a ten-year period, with $1.8 million collected in 1996.

HOW THIS PROPOSAL MIGHT AFFECT CUSTOMER RATES The rate change for each customer class resulting from this proposal will be determined in another proceeding, known as Edison's Energy Cost Adjustment Clause (ECAC). In the ECAC, requests for all revenue changes, both increases and decreases, from various proceedings are consolidated. If the CPUC were to allocate the. revenue increase discussed above on a system-average percentage-change basis, the following changes would result: ,

  • Represents a proposed revenue change ofless than $0.1 million.
