Dear Mr. Denton:
Attached are six copies of supplemental pages to Revision 3 of the McGuire Nuclear Station Safeguards Contingency Plan dated January 25, 1983 These supplemental pages are being submitted to include notification of the NRC upon discovery of a breached barrier. These additional changes were requested by Mr. Charles Gaskin (ONMSS). Approval of Revision 3 as sub-mitted November 10, 1982 is pending upon receipt of these supplemental pages.
Since this material is applicable to security provisions at McGuire, it is requested that this information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
