or AP&L) proposed a license amendment to Facility Operating License No. DPR-51 which included proposed changes to the Technical Specifications for Arkansas Nuclear One Unit No.1 (ANO-1). The W:-
proposed changes provide in a generalized manner for special nuclear, f ',"

Evaluation
