Q.4.
What is the relationship of DCTG to the Document Control Center ("DCC") ?
A.4.
DCTG is responsible for inputting into the computer data regarding drawings, drawing revisions and design changes which DCC and its satellites use when providing design doc umentation.
For example, if one of the satellites receives a request for a drawing and design change documentation written against that drawing, the satellite will check the computer to assure that the drawing revision and design change documentation written against it in its files are correct.
The information displayed by the computer in response to the satellite reque'st is based on computer input provided by DCTG.
0 5.
Are you familiar with the list of documents Cygna provided in advance of its October review of document con.rol?
e A.5.
Yes.
I knew that Cygna provided us with a list of documents in advance of their October review of DCC.
I first learned.about the' list from Heyward Hutchinson, with whom I spoke. on Monday. October 24.
Mr. Hutchinson told me that he was given a list of documents from Cygna-E which' they would be using in their review of document
. control.
The following day, I was in Frank Strand's E
o Testimony of Jesse Michael Strange (3) l-l office.
During mid-afternoon, Steve Bibo of Cygna came 1
into the office and I recall seeing the list of documents.
Q.6.
Do you recall if Mr. Strand did anything with the list?
A.6.
I believe that when I was in his office he called his DCC sta f f and Ms. Hatley.
I do not recall if he said anything to Ms. Hatley.
I was meeting with Mr. Strand and Mr. Hutchinson on other matters and I was not paying close attention to what was done with the list.
Q.7.
Were you given a copy of the list?
A.7.
No.
Q.8.
Was anyone else in DCTG given a copy of the list?
A.8.
No.
There are only three employees in DCTG, and we work closely together.
Therefore, I should have known if they received the list.
