Q.2. You testified earlier that you received a copy of a list of drawings from Cygna on October 24, 1983, and that you gave this list of documents to Dobie Hatley. Is that correct?

A.2. Yes.

A.4. Ms. Hatley took the list and told the satellites that Cygna would be coming to verify operation of DCC and the satellites.

A.S. The satellites checked to make Fure that their filGs and their manual design change logs were current as to the drawings and related design changes Cygna would be using in its verification.

Q.6. Did you expect the satellites to do this when you gave Ms. Hatley the list?

A.6. No. I assumed that all the drawings and related design changes Cygna would be reviewing were in the satellites and properly filed. I also assumed that the manual design-change logs in the satellites were current.
