Motion to Tape Record Depositions Intervenor Wells Eddlenan hereby moves the Board to allow him to' conduct depositions in this proceeding by recording same on audio tape.
In support of this motion, Eddleman says he lacks the money to pay court reporters for transcrints of exatensive depositions; that extensive depositions will evidently be needed l
to get at the truth on Eddleman contentions 65, 41, etc; that tape recorded depositions were allowed to an intervenor of much greater financial resources (Palmetto Alliance Inc. ) in Catawba; that Eddleman will make available, at cost of copying and delivery, copies of his tapes to any party to this case requesting same; and that he han no objection to Applicants or. other partie's also itape_ recording and/or having court reporters record any depositions
