In acco. dance with 10CFR 50.54.1-1, the enclosed revision to Brunswick-Plant's Operator Requalification Program (TI-200) is submitted for your approval.
Since the Brunswick Simulator should ' be operational this year, TI-200 has been rewritten to describe how the simulator will be used for retraining.
Although this revision describes a program whose scope, time allotted, or frequency in conducting different parts of the program are not decreased, it is significant enough to warrant review and approval by the Commission.
For example, the 1982 version describes on-site retraining consisting of approximately 120 hours0.00139 days <br />0.0333 hours <br />1.984127e-4 weeks <br />4.566e-5 months <br /> of class-room and on-shift training; whereas the new revision lists 80 hours9.259259e-4 days <br />0.0222 hours <br />1.322751e-4 weeks <br />3.044e-5 months <br /> of preplanned training sessions in the classroom and 40 hours4.62963e-4 days <br />0.0111 hours <br />6.613757e-5 weeks <br />1.522e-5 months <br /> of tra'ining on a simulator.
