- 1) Chairman, Benton County Commissioners, and 2) EPA, Region X, EIS Review Coordinator, for the subject FSAR amendment.
The reference al so requested that we provide a copy of the FSAR and all amendments to the Attorney General for the State of Washington.
The Attorney General 's office has returned the FSAR and Amendment I and has indicated no desire'for the FSAR.
We therefore do not plan to provide that office with FSAR amendments.
