VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY PARTIAL SALE OF THE NORTH ANNA POWER STATION TO THE OLD DOMINION ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE This letter is to notify you that the Virginia Electric and Pcwer Company has completed the partial sale of North Anna Power Station to the Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC). The actual closing date of the partial sale took place on December 21,1983.
Enclosed is a signed copy of the amendment to Indemnity Agreement No. B-80, Amendment No. 8.
One copy of the amended Indemnity Agreement is being kept by VEPCO and one copy by ODEC.
