(2) Are all of these welds safety related welds?

(3) How many welds did each audit re. pre s ent ? That isj give the number of safety related welds covered by each Audit, also giving the welding activity time, in months, the audit represents.

(4) From 1976 to 1983, give yearly total number of safety relat-ed welds performed by Bechtel and subcontractors.

(5) Were all of the above radiographed?

(6) For same years (as in #4) provide records showing total num-ber of radiographs P.E. (Corcoran) took to audit.

(7) Provide name of consultant used by P.J.'s Corcoran, together with address of organization. (MPR)

(8) Has anone employed in "MPR" ever worked for Bechtel Corp.?

(9) Has "MPR" or epy of its employees worked for Bechtel at an-other reactor.

(10) Is there an XRC, or P.E., or Bechtel rule that specified the number o,f safety realted welds that must be radiographed?
