Please find enclosed ten (10) controlled copies of Revision 1 to Shoreham's

" Emergency Preparedness Implementing Procedures (EPIPs); ten (10) " Emergency Preparedness loplementing Procedures, Volume II" binders and ten (10) sets of required tabs. Additionally, ten (10) copies of the Shorehaci " Emergency Pre-paredness Plan" are enclosed. These documents have been revised to incorporate changes resulting from administrative and technical reviews. EPIP l-7 " Personnel Accountability" is the only Revision 0 EPIP to be retained with the Revision 1 versions, attached.

Each procedure is separated by an orange sheet and should be inserted behind its corresponding tab. Tabs 4-6 and 4-7 are to be inserted in front of their respective procedures. EPIPs 2-1 through 2-25 and EPIPs 4-1 through 4-7 should be inserted into the " Volume II" binders to facilitate handling of the pro-cedures.

Three (3) additional controlled copics of the aforementioned emergency planning information have been forwarded to Region I, Inspection and Enforcement.
