Review of cable separation for the Makeup Pump low lube oil pressure trip circuit revealed that the cables for A (Red Channel) and C (Green Channel)
Makeup Pumps are not properly separated. The cables for both pumps are located in the same trays for portions of their routing. The circuits also are not properly classified in that the circuit schedule indicates that the circuits sre non-safeguards classification.
This condition was discovered as a result of an investigation of a green marked cable in a red channel tray and is considered reportable under Technical Specification 6.9.2.A.9.
