Silvers License No. S0P-3153 5, Docket No. 55-4337 The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the above licensed operators will be participating in factory acceptance testing of Oyster Creek's plant-referenced simulator in Monroeville, Pennsylvania.
Currently, this testing is scheduled to begin in October,1991 and last approximately five months.
During this time, these individuals will not be participating in Oyster Creek's operator requalification program.
Accordingly, these licensed operators will not direct the activities of other licensed operators nor manipulate the controls of the Oyster Creek facility l
until they satisfy the applicable requirements of 10 CFR E5.59, "Requalification" and 10 CFR 55.53, " Conditions of licenses".
