'tesponse to Restrictions on the Use of Topical Report DPC-!1E-3001 On January 29, 1990, Duke Power submitted Topical Report DPC-11E-
- 3001,
" Multidimensional Reactor Transients and Safety Analysis Physics Parameters."
A Technical Evaluation Report (TER) has been written for the Topical Report which ir.dicates acceptance, with certain restrictions.
These restrictions have been discussed between the reviewer and Duke Power. Attached are formal responses to each of the restrictions identified in the TER.
Please note that some of the information contained in the responses is proprietary to Duke Power, pursuant to 10 CPR 2.790.
Therefore we request that the information be withheld from public disclosure.
An af fidavit attesting to the proprietary nature of DPC-11E-3001 was included with the January 29, 1991 letter.
