20555 Gontlement Subjects Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Temporary Roassignment of Licensed Operator The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Mr. Terry Consuo, Licenso No. SOP-10023-2, Dockot No. 55-9531, is on a 2 year assignment with the Institute of Nuclear Power Operators (INPO) beginning Septembor, 1991.

During this time, Mr. Sensuo will not actively participate in Oyster Creek's licensed operator roqualification program.

In April, 1993, Mr. Sensue intends to return to Oyster Crook part-time to participate in an accolorated requalification program.

This will enable him to apply for renewal of his licenso beforo expiration in July, 1993.

Accordingly, during his assignment with INPO, Mr. Sensuo will not direct activities of licensed operators nor manipulate the controls of the Oyster Creek facility.
