l JOSEPH M. FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 NARRATIVE

SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS NOVEMBER, 1983 During the month of November, there were two (2) automatic shutdowns.

The first occurred on November 1, 1983 and the second occurred on November 6, 1983.

The following safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of November:

1.

Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.

2.

Repaired 2D inverter.

3.

Overhauled 2B component cooling water pump.

4.

Repacked #1 river water pump.

5.

Repaired 2A containment spray pump.

6.

Replaced two universal driver cards in SSPS.

7.

Performed annual PM on 1-2A and 2B diesel generators.
