Reba M. Diggs' letter of November 10, 1983 requested that Duke Power remit a check for $4,400 pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 for license amendments issued on October 19, 1983. The license amendments involved authorization to transfer spent fuel between McGuire Units 1 and 2 (Amendment Nos. 25 and 6 for NPF-9 and NPF-17, respectively).
