Design Verification Program Fifty-First Semimonthly Status Report

In accoroance with Commission Order CLI-81-30, enclosed is Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PGandE) Fifty-First Semimonthly Status Report dated December 9,1983, for the Diablo Canyon Design Verification Program.
This report summarizes the progress of technical work from November 22, 1983 through December 9,1983.
Since the Diablo Canyon Design Verification Program is now complete, as stated in PGandE's submittal dated December 1,1983, this will be the final issuance of the Semimonthly Status Report.
