My letter dated August 29, 1983, transmitted to you 13 copies of the Emergency Plan (including 3 copies sent directly to the Regional Admin-istrator), and my letter dated November 11, 1983 transmitted 41 copies of the ER-OL for docketing.

The additional information required as a result of the ER-OL completeness review and transmitted in Mr. Eisenhut's November 28, 1983 letter, will be sent to you within 60 days of the date of this letter.
