CP&L has reviewed the chances and determined that they do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan or level of securiti provided. The revision incorporates administrative changes

associated with equipment names, cate,cories of access to a vital area, and clarification of time parameters for conduct of law enforcement orientations.
The enclosed information has been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21. When separated from enclosures, handle this document as decontrolled.
