OPERATIONS NARRATIVE Cooper Nuclear Station October 1983 The plant is operating at reduced power levels for the fall and early winter months to allow extension of the operating cycle to October 1984. On October 1, 1983 power was reduced for load following and

. to begin the low power extended cycle operating strategy. The plant operated the remainder of October with no unscheduled power reduction or outages.
