OPERATIONS NARRATIVE Cooper Nuclear Station October 1983 .

The plant is operating at reduced power levels for the fall and early winter months to allow extension of the operating cycle to October

- 1984. On October 1, 1983 power was reduced for load following and

. to begin the low power extended cycle operating strategy. The plant operated the remainder of October with no unscheduled power reduction or outages.
