Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 6 2.749(a), Applicants state, in support of their Motion for Summary Disposition of CHANGE Con-tention 44 and Eddleman Contention 132, that there is no genu-ine issue to be heard with respect to the following material facts:
- 1. Applicants have provided the design for a direct water level indicator for the reactor vessel.

- 2. A fully qualified, direct water level indicator for the reactor vessel, the Westinghouse-designed Reactnr Vessel Level Instrumentation System (RVLIS), is being provided for the Harris plant.
- 3. The RVLIS has been accepted generically by the NRC as meeting its TMI Action Plan requirement for a reactor coolant inventory tracking system.
