The letters referenced above provided the New llampshire Yankee (NIIY) response to NRC llulletin 88 08 and its Supplements. in response to un NRC Staff request of August 26, 1991, NilY has reviewed actions taken it: response to NRC Ilulletin h8 08 and its Supplements and confirmed that all one time actions described in the referenced letters have been completed. An ongoing temperature monitoring program applicable to four high head Safety injection System lines and three Charging Systein lines connecting to the Reactor Coolant System as described in References (c), (d) and (c) has been implemented.
