Toledo Edison submitted schedules for completing each of the basic require-ments of Supplement 1_to NUREG 0737, Requirements for Emergency Response Capability, within our letters dated April 15,1983 (Serial No. 933) and July 11, 1983 (Serial 968).
Attached is our response, per the above mentioned schedule, for a safety analysis report and implementation plan on the Safety Parameter Display System (SPDS) for the Davis-Besse' Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1.
