By letter dated November 23, 1983 I informed you of recent developments relative to the Point Pleasant Pumping Station, in particular, with regard to the adoption by the Commissioners of Bucks County of an ordinance to acquire the projects of Neshaminy Water Resources Authority.
I enclose herein a copy of the ordinance I promised to submit to the Board, which I received today.
Although the enclosed copy is unexecuted, I understand that it is a true copy of the ordinance adopted.
