In the Matter of Philadelphia Electric Company (Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2)

Dear Board Members:
This letter is to inform you of some recent developments relative to the Point Pleasant Pumping Station.
On November 18, 1983, the Commissioners of Bucks County, Pennsylvania adopted an ordinance under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 to acquire the projects of Neshaminy Water Resources Authority ("NWRA").
I hope to obtain a copy in the near future and will send a copy to the Board.
A taxpayer's suit was filed the same day against Bucks County, the three County Commissioners, individually and in their representative capacity, and NWRA.
The action seeks to enjoin Bucks County from implementing the provisions of 8311280183 831123 PDRADOCK05000g G

A preliminary injunction is being sought, with a
