The reports for NilEC will be submitted to the NRC upon receipt by NilY.
In addition, the Ac.reement of Joint Ownership, Construction and Operation of New liampshire Noclear Units, dated as of May 1,
1973 as amended, and specifically the provisions of Paragraph 10,1, thereof as amended by the Eighteenth Amendment thueto, dated as of March 14, 1986, is incorporated by reference.
The enclosed annual teports are also submitted pursuant 10-10 CPR 50.71(b).
