VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 NUREG-0737 ITEM II.D.3 In our letter dated July 29, 1983 (Serial No. 044A), Vepco informed you that the acoustical monitoring system for direct indication of relief and safety valve position, (NUREG-0737, Item II.D.3) would be undergoing a retest program. This was due to the failure of certain components during seismic and environmental testing. The completion of the retest program was scheduled for November, 1983 with issuance of the final report in January, 1984.
Vepco has been informed by Babcock
- Wilcox that the retesting program will be delayed.
The delay is in the L esting portion of the program.
