REPORT OF PARTIES REGARDING ORDER OF PRESENTATION OF WITNESSES In its Memorandum and Order Confirming Prehearing Conference Rulings on Status of Certain Parties and Schedule Regarding Certain Contentions (October 20, 1983), the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board
