WASHINGTON PUBLIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM WNP-2 PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 5 Enclosed please find revisions to the subject document for your review.
This revision defines proposed changes to the WNP-2 access control scheme for access to internal areas of the plant.
Pending your approval of these changes and completion of access control hardware modifications at the plant, the existing access controls shall remain in place as described by Chapter Five, Revision 4, of the WNP-2 plan.
It is requested that this submittal be reviewed and approved as an appendix to the plan until all necessary hardware changes have been completed and tested. Subject to your approval of this plan revision, the Supply System will notify your staff and Region V Inspection and Enforcement prior to implementing the change in the access syttem.
At that time, revision 5 to the plan may then be inserted and revision 4 pages deleted in the plan.
The enclosures contain Safeguards Information concerning security measures for the physical protection of Supply System facilities in which special nuclear material will be used.
This information is to be protected in accordance with 10CfR 73.21.
