Crutchfield The purpose of this letter is to transmit to the Commission Oyster Creek's final RETS and ODCM submittals as menti)ned in my correspondence of September 2, 1983. These submittals rr flect the comments received and the agreements reached after Franklin Rese1rch Center's (FRC) review of GPUN's initial submittal (reference 1), as well as GPUN's response to the NRC list of major deficiencies identified in the FRC Technical Evaluation Report (reference 2).
GPUN understands that these submittals will again be reviewed against the Model Technical Specifications; therefore, we will withhold our formal Technical Specification Change Request for RETS until the completion of the review and subsequent changes which may be necessary.
