REVIEW REQUEST WITHDRAWAL REF: TV Electric letter logged TXX-901055 from W. J. Cahill. Jr. to the NRC dated December 28, 1991 Gentlemen:
i Included in the referenced letter was Supplement I to RXE-88-102-P. TUE-1 DND Correlation.
As a result of changes to the anticipated fuel type. TV Electric has determined that the application of this supplement is no longer required to support future reload cycles at this time.
NRC approval of Supplement I to RXE-88-102-P is presently not needed.
Therefore, TU Electric withdraws the request for NRC review and approval of Supplement I to RXE-88-102-P; however.
TU Electric may request NRC review and approval of this Supplement at a later date.
The TUE-1 correlatior. described in the original topical report. RXE 88-102-P.
1s utilized in the TV Electric VIPRE-01 analysis methodology presented in topical report RXE 89-002. TO Electric still requires NRC review and approval of the original topical report.
