Dear Mr. Dircks:
Fee Submittal for Fort Calhoun Station Technical Specification Amendment No. 75 In a letter dated October 27, 1983, the Commission advised the Omaha Public Power District that the fee classification for Amendment No. 75 to Facility Operating License DPR-40 and Fort Calhoun Station Technical Specifications, concern-ing changes to the spent fuel storage capacity, was upgraded from a Class III fee ($4,000) to a Class IV fee ($12,300).
Pursuant to 10 CPR 170.22, a check for the sum of $8,300 to cover the additional fee required for the upgraded review of this issue is enclosed.
