Corrections to the Annual Report on the Operations of the Washington State University TRIGA Reactor Facility License R-76 for the Reporting Period of July 1, 1982 to June 30, 1983 enrrected sections to the Annual Report are as follows:

Page 2, Section F.1., Radioactive Liquid Release December'sdatagivenforRadioactiveL{quidReleasewasinerror. The identified isotopes were Sm153 and Er17 , not Pa233 and Erl71 as reported.

Also, the specific concentration of each major isotope identified was not given.

The specific activity for major isotopes identified are given below.

153 -7 pci/cm 3 Sm 7.0 x 10

-7 pCi/cm 3 Er 3.0 x 10 10 CFR 20, Appendix B, Table 1, Column 2 limits for these isotopes are:

153 Sm 2 x 104-3 pCi/ml Er 3 x 10~ pCi/ml Page 4, Section G, Personnel and Visitor Radiation Exposure The values given for average quarterly exposures were for reactor personnel only. Below are the average quarterly exposures, corrected to include all personnel routinely handling radioactive material at the Nuclear Radiation Center.

The average quarterly exposure of personnel working at the Nuclear Radiation Center are shown in Table V1 below. The maximum quarterly exposure for an individual was 140 millirem.
